d’Vine Flavours is the creation of Chef and Director, Sue Benbow, since 2000. Sue has had vast experience in restaurants and five star hotels. With more than 30 years in the industry, Sue has established some of Noosa’s finest condiments, which will want you coming back for more. Sue has also participated in the Sunshine Coast Culinary Awards for which she has received Gold & Silver medals for her entries.
Having grown up in New Zealand Sue was inspired by her mother, Shirley who was constantly making preserves from produce grown in their family garden. We are not just talking about a few jars – she’s means a garage full – wall to wall.
