Flaxseed oil contains both omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids, which are needed for health. Flaxseed oil contains the essential fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which the body converts into eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
Ingredients:
Cold Pressed Flaxseed Oil, Natural Lemon Extracts (0.3%), Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract).
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep refrigerated to extend shelf life.
Usage:
Do not heat or cook with flaxseed oil. Heating may change the chemical structure of the oil, which may destroy the nutritional content.
